Everything You Need to Know About Nonsurgical Vaginal Rejuvenation With FemTouch™

Having a baby, going through menopause, and treating a serious illness such as breast cancer are all things women do with grace. But these things sometimes come with a price, like vagina comfort or enjoyment of intimate moments with your partner.

Vaginal changes happen, but we can help. At Radiance Wellness MediSpa in Southlake, Granbury, and Cleburne, Texas, we can rejuvenate vaginal tissue that’s been affected by changes in your hormone levels with FemTouch™, a state-of-the-art, minimally invasive, nonsurgical laser treatment.

About FemTouch

When it comes to vaginal discomfort, you may think it’s something you simply have to deal with. But with advances in medicine and medical technology, you don’t have to anymore.

FemTouch is an advanced laser treatment system specifically designed to improve vaginal health. The specialized laser stimulates your vaginal tissue to increase production of collagen, which is the protein responsible for making your vagina pliable, strong, and lubricated.

Is it for me?

Hormonal changes can wreak havoc on your body, from night sweats to fatigue to weight gain. But a drop in estrogen after childbirth or during menopause also affects the tissue in your vagina. If you’re experiencing vaginal discomfort, FemTouch may be for you.

Some of the symptoms that may make you a good candidate for FemTouch include:

If you’re between the ages of 20 and 75 and want to improve your vaginal health with laser rejuvenation, then you may want to consider FemTouch.

What to expect

FemTouch is a nonsurgical, minimally invasive treatment we do right at the office. It takes only a few minutes, and you can go right back to your usual activities after treatment.

During the painless treatment, we insert the lubricated laser probe into your vagina and move the probe 360°, ensuring the entire surface of your vaginal tissue comes in contact with the laser. You may feel a slight vibration as the probe stimulates your tissue.

To get the best results, we recommend three treatments set at four-week intervals.

After FemTouch treatment you may have some mild discomfort, such as itching, and experience some discharge during the first three days as your vaginal walls heal. We recommend during this healing phase that you not insert anything into your vagina, use menstrual pads for the discharge, and refrain from sexual intercourse.

The benefits of FemTouch

How about an increased libido for a benefit from treatment with FemTouch? Not only do your symptoms disappear after treatment, but it also improves lubrication and vaginal sensation to enhance sexual pleasure. Treatment also tightens and tones the vaginal walls and may help alleviate mild urinary incontinence.

While we do recommend three treatments for the best results, you may notice a significant improvement in your symptoms after just one treatment.

FemTouch is a permanent fix for vaginal health, but it can’t stop the aging process. To maintain vaginal health, we recommend annual treatments.
