About Dr. Morris
Every so often you have the pleasure of meeting someone who seems to have been born to do what they do. Carrie L. Morris, MD, of Radiance Wellness MediSpa, with offices in Southlake and Granbury, Texas, is one of those special people. Dr. Morris’ passion for serving others by providing superior medical care began immediately after graduating as the valedictorian of her high school class.
Dr. Morris received early acceptance to the University of South Alabama Medical School, where she focused on receiving quality surgical training and graduated at the top of her class. She completed an ophthalmology residency program at the Duke University Medical Center, where she received the Duke Ocular Innovation Award for her prospective research trial on Bimatoprost (Latisse®) to treat breast cancer patients. Dr. Morris also completed a two-year American Society of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship.
The only motivation stronger than her thirst for knowledge is her commitment to research and providing the highest quality medical care for her patients. Dr. Morris has written more than 15 peer-reviewed research articles and is a reviewer for four plastic and aesthetic surgery journals.
Dr. Morris is a nationally recognized plastic surgeon who specializes in the eyelids, face, and neck. She’s the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s only female oculofacial plastic surgeon to have completed advanced training with the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition, she’s the first and only physician in the Dallas Fort Worth area that is board certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery in cosmetic laser surgery procedures. Dr. Morris performs cosmetic eyelid and reconstructive eyelid surgeries as well as eye socket, orbital Reconstruction, and tear duct surgeries.
